The conservation area on Wilga supports a range of important habitat features including rocky areas and hollow bearing trees that represent suitable breeding habitat for a range of fauna species, including 2 threatened bird species recorded onsite by the BCT.

Wilga would suit a local grazier as an add-on block and is also suitable as a start-up block for a new enterprise.

Annual funding is available for conservation management actions within the conservation area.
