How we assure conservation agreement integrity
Our conservation agreement-holders have a shared goal to protect native habitat and species on their land.
Each conservation agreement comes with obligations, which we support the agreement-holder to meet.
We also respond when agreement-holders are not fulfilling their obligations, and do so in a way that is consistent and transparent.
The Agreement Assurance Policy sets out the approach the NSW Biodiversity Conservation Trust will take to ensure landholders who have entered into private land conservation agreements meet their agreement obligations.
