We are launching a new online BCF Credit Portal for development proponents.
From early 2026, all new requests for a charge quote or to pay into the Biodiversity Conservation Fund (BCF) will be made via the portal.
The new online portal will provide an easier way for you to submit your requests for charge quotes and payments into the BCF.
As a registered user you will be given a personal login page where you can:
- submit requests for a charge quote
- submit requests to make a payment
- upload supporting documents
- see all your applications and documents in one, secure place.
New mapping requirements for applications
You will still need to provide relevant mapping data for your development to make a payment into the Biodiversity Conservation Fund. The portal will allow upload of mapping data that meets our BCF Credit Portal mapping data requirements.
